Dr. Michaela Simpson, PhD

Dr. Michaela Simpson is an accomplished global consultant, keynote speaker, facilitator, author, and leadership coach with a rich background across various industries. Leveraging her expertise in behavioral science, she merges psychology, neuroscience, and business strategy to empower organizations, leaders, and teams to excel in performance and collaboration.

Dr. Simpson has partnered with Fortune 500 companies to tackle complex challenges, such as enhancing collaboration among global teams, leading large-scale transformations, and mitigating bias in performance management. As a thought leader in the Future of Work, neurodiversity, and inclusive leadership, she advises top executives on adapting to change and cultivating leadership cultures that promote growth and innovation. Her engaging and dynamic style consistently captivates her audiences, inspiring them to embrace new perspectives and approaches.

Passionate about learning and development, Dr. Simpson designs tailored programs that foster leadership potential and create thriving work environments. She is currently focused on projects aimed at harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) systems to increase employee engagement and productivity and is pursuing a Leadership Coaching certification from Georgetown University to further refine her coaching expertise. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that clients have the answers within themselves, and she helps them uncover these solutions through active listening, thoughtful inquiry, and a foundation of trust.

Fluent in English and German, Dr. Simpson is also improving her Dutch and French. Splitting her time between the Netherlands and California, her multicultural background and global perspective enable her to navigate the complexities of cross-cultural leadership and team dynamics effectively.

Janet M. Stovall, CDE

Global CDO, consultant, speaker, and author Janet M. Stovall helps business do what she believes only business can: dismantle systemic inequity. She works with leaders to uncover the true value of diversity for their organizations, and offers straightforward, objective solutions to unlock that value. Collectively, her three TED talks challenging business to get serious about inclusion have nearly 3 million views, and she is co-author of Amazon bestseller, The Conscious Communicator: The Fine Art of Not Saying Stupid Sh*t. Ragan Communications named her a Top Woman in Communications/Diversity Champion; d&i Leaders, a 2023 top inspirational leader; DiversityPlus Magazine a Top 25 Diversity Change Leader; and Atlanta Business Chronicle an Outstanding DEI&B Voice.

In dual roles as Global Head of DEI at research and cognitive science firm, NeuroLeadership Institute, and founder of DEI consultancy, Pragmatic Diversity, Janet specializes in shaping and implementing realistic DEI visions and strategies that drive change and build culture. A strategist and communicator, she helps leaders shape DEI visions, devise strategies to achieve them, and secure the collective buy-in and accountability needed to make them reality.

Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Davidson College, a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University, and post-graduate certificates in DEI from Cornell University and Yale University. 

Yvonne Wolf

Yvonne Wolf is a 4x Chief People Officer, experienced board chair, and founder of YourTalentMatters LLC, bringing over 25 years of domestic and global strategic leadership across industries and organizational life cycles—from start-ups to divestitures. She has a strong track record of fostering innovation and driving growth through strategy, people, structure, and culture, especially during complex change.

In her career, Yvonne has contributed to major cultural transformations and supported double-digit growth at organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline/Novartis Vaccines, Gates Medical Research Institute, Trust for Public Land, the National Restaurant Association, Marriott International, Discovery Communications, Denny’s, and Citigroup.

As a consultant and board advisor, Yvonne partners with leaders to enhance governance, strategic planning, and talent and culture development. She is highly skilled in developing HR strategies, leading C-suite succession planning, building leadership pipelines, aligning values, goals, and performance metrics, and creating inclusive cultures. With expertise in c-suite succession, organizational design, and fostering cultures of well-being, equity, and inclusion, her work spans North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
